Community Accountability & Feedback System
CAFS lets every beneficiary, applicant, guardian or neighbour tell us what is working, what is not, and what went missing — by phone, in person, or online. Digital inclusion cannot mean digital-only, so every channel below reaches the same team and the same case file.
Every intervention follows the same eight steps, and none of them end without the community confirming what happened.
01
Everyone we serve is recorded, with consent, so nobody is invisible.
02
We ask communities what they actually need before we design anything.
03
Training, devices, funding or hub work is planned against those needs.
04
Items and places are handed over with a clear, published list.
05
Beneficiaries confirm what they received, and in what condition.
06
Anyone affected can speak up — online or completely offline.
07
Every case gets an owner, a status and a closing answer.
08
What we learned goes back to the community, not only to funders.
